Our History
Schnabel Metalldrücktechnik GmbH looks back on a successful company history characterized by traditional craftsmanship, technological advancements, and a spirit of partnership.
The Beginnings
Mr. Walter Schnabel began metal spinning in a small workshop as early as 1950. Production began in a garage with simple machines, but with a clear goal: high-quality, functional metal spinning parts for a wide variety of industries.
Growth and Development
In the 1970s, the company moved to larger premises. Production capacity was expanded, and the first industrial customers were acquired. Through continuous investments in machinery and personnel, the company was able to establish itself in the market.
Establishing a Market Position
In the 1980s and 1990s, Schnabel developed into an important partner for the business community. With a growing customer base and rising demand, manufacturing processes were automated and standardized.
Internationalization
Since the 2000s, Schnabel has been supplying metal stampings throughout Europe. The introduction of modern CAD and CNC technology enabled even more precise and efficient production. The company remained family-owned and is now run by the third and fourth generations.
Today & Tomorrow
Today, Schnabel stands for innovative metal spinning technology, close customer relationships, and flexible solutions. We continuously invest in further training, digitalization, and sustainable production – to remain a reliable partner in the future.
